Right after graduation, she felt ready to dive into the world of working. Fashion had always been an interest of hers, so she applied for various retail jobs in the fashion industry. A week later, she found herself in an interview at Grandpa, the store she most wanted to work in! She was immersed in the world of Grandpa and fell in love with both the sense of community within the company and what they offered. It was also when she realized that sales came naturally to her and was something she excelled at. A year later, she took on the role of store manager at only 20 years old!! She loves the luxury of having her best friend, Grandpa's mascot and the store's "mood manager" Naala, her dog, with her every day.

We asked Ronja a few questions...
- What does shoes mean to you?
First of all, it's important that they are practical. I live in Gothenburg, and it tends to rain a lot here. Therefore, it's crucial for me that the shoes are wearable. I hate the feeling of not being able to wear things and having to be overly cautious with my shoes and clothes. I don't want to have to think about that; they should just work! Shoes also need to be comfortable. One last thing, they have to look good. That's almost the most important thing ;). Shoes can do so much to an outfit, they're a tool you can use to dress up or down.
- 3 must haves for you in your closet?
A pair of comfortable, slightly worn, baggy jeans is a key item! I'm also a sucker for oversized knitted shirts.
- Do you have any styling tips when putting together your outfit for the day?
I usually start with trousers. I’m a fan of trousers and It’s important that they fit well. Weather is, of course, a relevant factor, especially since I live in Gothenburg where it tends to rain frequently. If it’s raining and I know I’m wearing boots, I build my outfit from that. So, my initial step is often to glance out my window (tell me you live in Gothenburg without telling me you live in Gothenburg). I tend to choose my daily outfits from what mood I’m in. I typically choose my daily outfits based on my mood and my style can vary from day to day, depending on how I'm feeling. Sometimes, I opt for a sportier look and wear sneakers, while other times I prefer a more dressed up look and wear heels.
- What is your favorite shoe (heel, sneaker, sandal etc.)?
I’m feeling like the coolest version of myself when I’m wearing boots and currently it’s the cowboy boots for me. I was actually on my way home from work when my colleague called and told me that The Sedona boot had just arrived at the store. I literally ran back and bought them. I love them!
