Our shoes and bags are made from natural materials by real human beings, meaning mistakes unfortunately sometimes happen, and unique products may (even though very rarely) break or not live up to our high quality standards. 

As a customer you are responsible for unboxing your order and checking that the goods are faultless as soon as possible after delivery. If the product is somehow damaged or faulty, please fill out the Return Request form below describing the problem (enclose pictures if possible!) and we will get back to you to solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges FAQ

Try on your shoes while standing on a carpet, a bath towel or similar, to ensure the soles of the shoes stay as new. We do not accept returns that have been worn, scratched or have marks. 

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in unworn condition and with original packaging within 14 days. 

  • Please register a return request using the form above.

    Please note that all items must be returned in original purchase condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. The shoe box can not be used as outer packaging.

  • Simply register a request in the form above. Please note: You do not need to place a new order, just provide the information needed in the return form. 

  • A return fee of 70 SEK will be deducted from your refund. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • Returning an item is free of charge when exchanging it for another size.

  • You pay for the return shipping in case you want to return or exchange an item when buying from any other country than Sweden. Local VAT and import customs, if applicable, may have to be paid in your own country. Customers ordering from Norway pay no extra VAT or toll but orders exceeding 3000 NOK / 135 GPB may incur additional customs duties.

  • For campaigns like "Buy x Get y", the customer must make a full return to get a full refund. This means the customer needs to return all products received during the campaign. If not all products are returned, Blankens will charge full price of any product kept buy the customer.

  • All returns are inspected on arrival to the warehouse. We reserve the right not to approve returns of products that have been used more than just for fitting, or where the original packing is damaged. 

    If the return is not approved the product will be sent back to the customer and the purchase is considered complete. We do not charge any fees for our handling in connection with such returns. 

  • Your payment will be refunded using the payment option selected by you when placing your order. The transfer can take up to five business days, depending on your bank's refund process.

  • If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service ( before returning your product. We will do our very best to find a good solution. To do that we would like to get more information from you regarding the claim, to find the best solution for you.

    Please note: A wear and tear offset fee will be applied to claims: 1 years usage equals 25% off, 2 years usage equals 30% and more than 2 years usage equals 50% of the recommended retail price. 

Please allow 14 days for us to make a full inspection and processing of your return.
