If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in unworn condition and with original packaging within 14 days.
Please allow 14 days for us to make a full inspection and processing of your return.
Please note: Try on your shoes while standing on a carpet, a bath towel or similar, to ensure the soles of the shoes stay as new. We do not accept returns that have been worn, scratched or have marks.
For campaigns like "but x get y", the customer must make a full return to get a full refund. This means the customer needs to return all products received during the campaign. If not all products are returned, Blankens will charge full price of any product kept buy the customer.
Returns from Norway
To get a return label and a pro forma invoice, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you the documents. Please, do not make a return without a return label from us.

I picked the wrong size/color – how do I replace an item for another one?
Simply follow the instructions on the return document that is provided in your package. Please note: You do not need to place a new order, just provide the information needed on the return document.

How do I make a return or claim?
For returns within Sweden, use the return document provided in your package and follow the instructions carefully.

Please note that all items must be returned in original purchase condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. The shoe box can not be used as outer packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service before returning your order. We will do our very best to find a good solution. To do that we would like to get more information from you regarding the claim, to find the best solution for you.
Non-approved returns: All received returns are inspected on arrival to the warehose. We reserve the right not to approve returns of products that have been used more than just for fitting, or where the original packing is damaged.
If the return is not approved the product will be sent back to the customer and the purchase is considered complete. We do not charge any fees for our handling in connection with such returns.
Who pays for the return freight?
If you want to replace a purchase (to switch it for another size, for example), the return is free of charge. Simply use the provided return document provided in your package.
Our shoes and bags are made from natural materials by real human beings, meaning mistakes unfortunately sometimes happen, and unique products may (even though very rarely) break or not live up to our high quality standards.
As a customer you are responsible for unboxing your order and checking that the goods are faultless as soon as possible after delivery. If the product is somehow damaged or faulty, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem (enclose pictures if possible!) and we will get back to you to solve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I get my refund?
Your payment will be refunded using the payment option selected by you when placing your order. The transfer can take up to five business days, depending on your bank's refund process.
