Like all Blankens shoes, The Teddie is handcrafted in a small, family-run factory in northern Portugal. We work with high-quality, responsibly sourced European suede from Gold Rated Leather Working Group (LWG) tanneries, ensuring strict environmental standards and a production process with lower chemical and water impact. The rich brown suede upper is carefully selected for its exceptionally soft nap, depth of color, and natural flexibility. This is thoughtful craftsmanship focused on longevity, intentional design, and pieces that look beautiful while getting better with every single wear.

The Teddie is a women's minimalist flat slip-on shoe crafted from premium LWG-certified European brown suede. Characterized by a high-vamp, glove-like upper and a softly squared toe, it features an unstructured, ultra-flexible build that allows for natural foot movement and effortless packability. The interior is fully lined with breathable leather, paired with a lightly cushioned insole, and set on a thin, low-profile flexible rubber-mix outsole for a flat, stable, and highly tactile walking experience.
