Our shoes and bags are crafted from natural materials by skilled artisans — which means each piece is truly unique. On rare occasions, small imperfections may occur, or a product might not fully meet our high quality standards. Please also note that colored leather can sometimes transfer dye in both dry and wet conditions, so take care when wearing it near light fabrics.

If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for the same model in another size, fill in the form below and we will exchange it for free.

The item needs to be returned in  unworn  condition and with original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Simply register an exchange request in the form within 14 days of delivery. Please note: You should not place a new order, just provide the information needed in the return form, and we will send you the new size.

It does not cost anything to exchange for another size.

Exchanges are free of charge. However, you may incur additional customs or toll charges, which is beyond our control.

No, exchanges are just for changing sizes.

The new item will be sent out after we have handled and approved your returned size.

If you ordered a product and are not 100 % satisfied or changed your mind for some reason, you can make a return by filling in the form below.

The item needs to be returned in  unworn  condition and with original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Please register a return request using the form.

Please note that all items must be returned in original purchase condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. The shoe box can not be used as outer packaging.

Sweden: 70 SEK

EU: 10 €

Norway: 75 NOK

Please note that custom duties and taxes are non refundable by Blankens. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund. 

Your payment will be refunded using the payment option selected by you when placing your order. Please allow for us to handle the return within 14 days. Then the transfer can take up to five business days, depending on your bank's refund process.

For campaigns like "Buy x Get y", the customer must make a full return to get a full refund. This means the customer needs to return all products received during the campaign. If not all products are returned, Blankens will charge full price of any product kept buy the customer.

All returns are inspected on arrival to the warehouse. We reserve the right not to approve returns of products that have been used more than just for fitting, or where the original packing is damaged. 

If the return is not approved the product will be sent back to the customer and the purchase is considered complete. We do not charge any fees for our handling in connection with such returns.

Unfortunately, discount codes can't be applied retroactively. Please make sure to enter your code at checkout next time.

If you find something faulty about a product you purchased, please first email our customer service before filling in the form, at info@blankens.com, and we will do our very best to find a solution. First hand, we always try to mend the product for sustainability reasons.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service (info@blankens.com) before returning your product. We will do our very best to find a good solution. To do that we would like to get more information from you regarding the claim, to find the best solution for you.

Please note: A wear and tear offset fee will be applied to claims: 1 years usage equals 25% off, 2 years usage equals 30% and more than 2 years usage equals 50% of the recommended retail price.

Sustainability starts with care. That’s why we always prioritize mending your product. We don’t accept claims for normal wear, as shoes naturally endure more pressure than any other garment - your soles meet the world with every step.
