Blankens Heel Grips

Resize

Size up or size down any shoe with our anatomically shaped leather insoles with built-in arch support and metatarsal pad for stability and relief, along with heel cushioning for increased comfort and reduced risk of heel spurs.

In heels, use heel grips as small cushions against your heel to improve fit and reduce friction. Ideal if you experience heel slippage while walking or are between sizes.

Try our half soles if you need a small adjustment in size. It works in heels, ballerinas, loafers, and sometimes also boots, especially the narrow ones. This is often the unexpected solution if your heel is loose.
