Blankens provides shipping to the EU member states, Norway, United Kingdom and United States.

 

FAQ

  • Your order will normally be delivered within 3-6 business days in Europe.

    All cleared orders are processed by our warehouse within two business days of receiving the order. During our sales period, order processing may however take up to five business days. We operate Monday to Friday, with the exception of Swedish public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package.

  • NORWAY & UK
    All taxes and duties are included in the final price shown at checkout. Your order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no additional charges on delivery.

    US
    Import duties and tariffs are included in the price. Your order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no additional charges on delivery. Applicable US sales tax is based on your shipping address and added to your total at checkout.

  • Shipping costs depend on your delivery destination and chosen shipping method. The cost is shown and added to your order total at checkout, before you complete your payment.

    PostNord service point: 75 SEK

    Budbee home delivery: 110 SEK (climate compensated, available in selected areas)

  • After your order has left our warehouse, you will get an e-mail with a tracking number. You will then be able to see the status of your shipment. 

    If you do not collect your package within 7 days, the package will be returned to Blankens. Please note that you still have to pay the delivery cost for the returned package and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you don't pick up your package, you will be billed a fee of SEK 200 (20 dollars). Make sure to enter your correct address, mobile number or email address to get a notification when your package has arrived and is ready to be collected.
