THE MALIN WARM BROWN
The Malin is comfort food for your feet. A slipper that feels indulgent and grounding at the same time, designed to be worn both indoors and outdoors. It’s the shoe you reach for on slow mornings, quick errands, weekends away, and long days at home — offering warmth, ease, and a sense of being properly dressed even when comfort is the priority. With its clean silhouette and thoughtful details, The Malin proves that cozy doesn’t have to mean careless.
Designed by Blankens in Stockholm and crafted by hand in a small, family-run factory in Portugal, The Malin is made using responsibly sourced leather from European tanneries that follow Leather Working Group standards. The production focuses on durability, balance, and long-term comfort, combining traditional shoemaking knowledge with a modern, pared-back design approach. Every detail is considered to ensure the shoe performs just as well over time as it does on first wear.
Team Blankens — a team of women — loves The Malin because it comes directly from our own lives. We designed it from the small, everyday moments we share: wanting warmth without bulk, comfort without giving up style, and shoes that move effortlessly between home and outside. It’s the pair you keep by the door, ready for slow mornings, quick errands, and everything in between. Easy, warm, and reassuring — yet refined enough to feel intentional. A favorite when you want to feel relaxed, but still put together.
The upper is crafted from soft suede leather that adds warmth and texture while maintaining a clean, understated look. Finished with smooth leather piping that frames the opening and reinforces the shape over time. Fully lined in warm wool for natural insulation and breathability, keeping feet comfortably tempered indoors and out. Set on a real rubber sole that provides grip, flexibility, and durability, making The Malin suitable for everyday use beyond the house. A considered indoor–outdoor slipper designed for comfort, longevity, and quiet style.
