Shoe Care

Shoes carry us through just about everything — from rainy sidewalks to sunny strolls — and bags come along for the ride. With every step and every day, they’re exposed to moisture, dirt, and daily wear. Over time, this naturally affects the leather’s texture, color, and durability.

Regular care keeps your shoes and bags beautiful, soft, and strong. By cleaning, conditioning, and protecting the leather, you preserve its suppleness, prevent cracks, and maintain its natural shine.

"Think of it as skincare — for your most trusted companions."

A small ritual that makes a big difference, keeping your Blankens favorites fresh and ready for every season.

Blankens Shoe Care - The Foam Cleaner

Step 1: The Cleanser

Clean all materials — especially suede, nubuck, and delicate fabrics — with our gentle, water-based cleaning foam made with natural sugarcane extract that effectively removes stains without the need for water. Leaves a fresh, natural scent with subtle hints of thyme.

HOW TO

Step 1: Shake the bottle and apply a small amount of foam to a clean, damp cloth or sponge. Gently massage it into the leather or suede using circular motions — this lifts dirt without drying the surface.

Step 2: Wipe away residue with a slightly damp cloth and allow the shoes to air dry naturally, away from direct heat. For best results, brush suede lightly once dry to restore its texture.

Step 2: Moisturize

CREAM

Nourish and protect smooth and delicate leather with our gentle, water-based cream made from natural oils and waxes.

WAX OIL

Use our shoe wax made from natural beeswax to condition and soften smooth leather. It protects against water and dirt while preventing the leather from drying out

SHOE CREAM BLACK

Richly pigmented shoe cream that refreshes color and provides light protection against water and dirt. Made with natural waxes to nourish and prevent the leather from drying out.

All three leave a fresh, natural scent with subtle notes of thyme. Regular use keeps your shoes soft, supple, and beautiful for longer.

HOW TO

Step 1: Apply a small amount of cream or wax with a soft cloth or our applicator brush, working it into the leather in small circular motions. Let the product absorb for a few minutes to nourish and protect.

Step 2: Buff with a clean cloth or brush to reveal a natural sheen. For an extra deep shine, let the leather rest overnight and finish with a quick polish in the morning.

Blankens Shoe Care - The Suede Brush

Brush

Treat your leather shoes to make them last longer and age beautifully.

Suede brush with brass and nylon bristles. Effective for dry cleaning of suede, nubuck, and canvas.

Step 1: Make sure the suede is completely dry before brushing. Use light, even strokes in one direction to remove surface dust and revive the nap.

Step 2: For deeper stains or compacted areas, use the stiffer side or a small circular motion to lift the fibers. A short burst of steam before brushing can help loosen stubborn marks and bring suede back to life.
