    The Vienna is a loafer designed to make everyday dressing feel effortless and resolved. It’s the kind of shoe you reach for when you want to look sharp without feeling stiff — calm, confident, and comfortable at the same time. Clean and minimalist in its design, it fits naturally into a wardrobe built on neutrals and strong basics, working just as well with tailored trousers as with denim or knitwear. The rich brown leather adds warmth and depth, especially striking when paired with black.

    Like all Blankens shoes, The Vienna is handcrafted in a small, family-run factory in northern Portugal. We use European leather sourced from Gold Rated Leather Working Group tanneries, ensuring high quality, responsible sourcing, and a lower environmental impact. The soft leather and hand-stitched details require time and precision — this is craftsmanship that can’t be rushed, designed to last and to age beautifully.

    At Blankens, we are a small group of women designing shoes for our own lives. We wear, test, and refine every style ourselves, making sure each shoe has a clear function and a natural place in the wardrobe. We design shoes that earn their place by being useful, comfortable, and considered. We make the shoes that make the outfit — and they are comfortable too.

    The Vienna is a women’s brown leather loafer with a clean, minimalist silhouette and a softly rounded almond-shaped toe. Made in exceptionally soft, supple leather, it features hand-stitched apron detailing along the front and a cushioned insole that gives a gentle, padded feel underfoot. The low heel and flexible construction make it suitable for long days and everyday wear. A timeless loafer designed for work, travel, and daily life — sharp on the outside, soft where it matters.
