Like all Blankens shoes, The Verona is crafted by hand in a small, family-run, solar-powered factory in northern Portugal. We use European leather sourced from Gold Rated Leather Working Group tanneries, ensuring exceptional handmade quality, responsible sourcing, and a lower environmental impact.

The Verona is a women’s leather loafer made in deep brown leather, designed as a classic tassel loafer with a rounded almond-shaped toe. The smooth leather upper features hand-stitched apron detailing along the front, a time-intensive craft that adds both character and durability. A leather strap runs across the vamp and is finished with long leather tassels. The shoe sits on a low block heel and a durable black rubber sole, creating a stable, well-balanced profile. The deep brown leather adds warmth and depth, offering a soft contrast to black outfits and pairing easily with all wardrobe neutrals.
