Like all Blankens shoes, The Vienna is handcrafted in a small, family-run factory in northern Portugal. We use European leather sourced from Gold Rated Leather Working Group tanneries, ensuring high quality, responsible sourcing, and a lower environmental impact. The soft leather and hand-stitched details require time and precision — this is craftsmanship that can’t be rushed, designed to last and to age beautifully.

At Blankens, we are a small group of women designing shoes for our own lives. We wear, test, and refine every style ourselves, making sure each shoe has a clear function and a natural place in the wardrobe. We design shoes that earn their place by being useful, comfortable, and considered. We make the shoes that make the outfit — and they are comfortable too.
